Healthy You Primary Care is a physician-owned family medicine clinic based in Las Cruces, New Mexico. We focus on personalized, high-quality care that puts the patient at the center. Our model breaks away from corporate systems by offering longer visits, meaningful connections, and shared decision-making with your doctor.
We combine modern medicine with a concierge-style approach — without the concierge price. We accept most major insurance plans.
About Healthy You
Thrive Together is a short-term, MD-led wellness program designed to support patients in areas where traditional visits don’t leave enough time. We focus on lifestyle and medication optimization for patients managing conditions like obesity, diabetes, metabolic syndrome, and chronic inflammation. We also support wellness and recovery in special circumstances such as pre-pregnancy, post-surgery, and wound healing.
The program is referral-based and fully collaborative—patients remain under the care of their referring provider.
- 6-week structure (individual or group options)
- Nutrition and lifestyle education
- Medication review and optimization
- Shared decision-making and goal setting
- Support for weight loss, A1C reduction, metabolic health
- Targeted wellness prep or recovery support (e.g., pregnancy, post-op, wound healing)
- Heart-healthy eating strategies (low sodium, DASH-style guidance)
- Education on label reading, portion control, and real-life meal planning
- Lifestyle changes tailored for cardiovascular risk reduction
- Summary reports sent back to referring provider
- Insurance accepted
What The Program Includes
For Referring Providers
This is a referral-based program designed to support—not replace—your care. Patients remain under your management and return to you after completing the program. This model helps improve outcomes and quality metrics while honoring continuity of care.
We welcome referrals for:

- Post-surgical or wound healing preparation and recovery
- General wellness education and lifestyle reset
